About Year'sResolutions
Year'sResolutions is a simple website where people can share their New Year's resolutions with the world. Across the site, we provide conveniently-placed Facebook Share buttons which can be used to share any resolution on the site with your friends on Facebook. You can even view all of the resolutions that you've posted for the upcoming year by clicking the "View my resolution list" link on the main page - from there, you will be able to share all of your own resolutions on Facebook, as well.

We feel that allowing people to post their resolutions for the new year and easily share them on Facebook is a fun way to get into the spirit of the new year, and helps to better connect people with their friends in a fun way. Feel free to post fake resolutions, as well, for comedy purposes. This website is here to provide both entertainment and connectivity for people around the world. Even if it's the middle of July, there's always fun in reading over past resolutions and even posting some funny resolutions just for laughs.

Our Privacy Policy
Year'sResolutions is a fairly simple service, and likewise we'd like to keep our Privacy Policy as simple as possible. Please note that by accessing this website in any manner, you agree to abide by this policy and accept its terms.

Information we Collect
The only information of yours that we collect is the information necessary to allow you the best experience on our website. This information includes, but is not limited to: Your IP address and/or the IP address of your current location, the name that you may optionally choose to provide when you post a resolution, the time you posted each resolution, and the actual content of the resolution you posted. We promise not to give or sell your information to any outside party not affiliated with the Year'sResolutions website, and we will work to protect your information as best we can. We are looking to provide a fun and useful service for our members, and we do not wish to make profit at the expense of our users.

How Personal is the Information We Collect?
In short, the only piece of information that we collect that may be considered even slightly personal is your IP address and/or the IP address of your current location. Your IP address does not reveal a large amount of information about your location, plus we would never voluntarily allow anyone to access your IP address of our own will. However, even if your IP address were to be accidentally leaked somehow, it would not reveal much about your personal information at all. For more information on IP addresses, visit this link. (Please note that we are not affiliated in any way with the website to which we linked in the previous sentence.)

What to Avoid Posting Publically
You should of course observe common sense rules of sharing information when posting on Year'sResolutions, just as you would on any other website where you post information for the public to see. Refrain from posting deliberate information about your location, contact information, credit/debit card numbers, or any other such information not mentioned here that could cause your privacy to be put in jeopardy. In short, as long as you observe the basic rules of sharing information publically online, you should be fine on our website. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any personal information that may be accidentally released to third parties.

We hope that this information was simple, yet enlightening. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at tom@tcatullo.com
